Accepts passport applications on behalf of the U.S. Department of State. Passport Fees (Form DS-11)
Passport Fee is payable to the U.S. Department of State in the form of CHECK or MONEY ORDER. 

Acceptance fee needs to be separate from passport fee payable to Red Lake County in the form of cash, check, or money order.
